Cancellations & Refunds
Feel Good Laser & Skin Clinic has a ‘no refund’ policy on purchases simply for change of mind.
- We require at least 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation which requires under 2 hours of treatment time, any appointments which are more than 2 hours in time length will require at least 72 hours notice.
- Any cancellations/unattendance with insufficient notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
- In the case of prepaid treatments, the full treatment amount will be forfeited.
- Refunds will be provided where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Deposits paid for any treatments are non-refundable.
Pre-paid Treatments
If you pre-pay for treatments you will save an amount advertised and advised to you at the time of the purchase. There is no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas. Pre-pays have a 12-month expiry date (generally equates to less than 10 treatments for laser hair removal). 48 hours’ notice is required for any pre-paid appointment cancellations. If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours, or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited. You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
Packages
If you pre-pay for treatments or bundle and combine areas/treatments you will save an amount advertised and/or advised to you at the time of the purchase. This price is only delivered to provide bulk services to you as agreed at the time of purchase. You cannot space out the bundle/combination individual area/different treatment sessions longer than a month in time. There is no refund on bundled and combination packages and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas. There will be no refund for any sessions or treatment areas which form part of the bundled or combination package where part of the bundle has been forgone by you/chosen to not proceed ahead for any reason. You agree to these terms by purchasing bundled/combination packages.
If you find it cheaper, we will beat it by 10%:
Feel Good Laser & Skin Clinic will beat any competitor’s current advertised price by 10% on the same treatment using the same equipment and products (Price Promise). The competitor must be within a 30km radius of Feel Good Laser & Skin clinic from which the client is claiming the Price Promise. The Price Promise applies to all laser hair removal and skin services and Medik8 products. The Price Promise does not apply to prices offered by competitors’ on Medik8 products via an online shopping/retail website. Clients must provide proof of the competitor’s advertised price. We reserve the right to contact the competitor to confirm their current price is valid. Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments as advertised by the competitor using the Price Promise. In most instances the Price Promise will only apply to the client’s first treatment of that particular kind at Feel Good Laser & Skin Clinic. This will be determined at the sole discretion of our clinic. The client must disclose that they will request the Price Promise discount at the time of booking, and at the time of paying for their treatment or product. The Price Promise discount will not be applied where the products and/or treatments have already been paid for or received. The Price Promise does not apply to offers made by competitors on group buying, discount or coupon websites.
Booking Policy
Feel Good Laser & Skin Clinic requires a prepayment of treatment to be able to secure a booking with us.
- If the treatment value is under $500, full treatment session cost will require to be paid upfront at the time of booking to secure an appointment.
- If the treatment value is over $500, a deposit of 20%- 50% can be arranged with the clinic depending on the cost of the treatment to secure an appointment.
If this condition is not met, Feel Good reserves the right to deny any appointment bookings up until the time the treatment cost or deposit is paid.
Feel Good Laser & Skin Gift Card
These conditions apply to use of the Feel Good Laser & Skin gift card, issued by us (Feel Good).
Purchasing or using the gift card means you agree to these conditions.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry date. Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the clinic. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card. We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card in our absolute discretion. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
The gift card remains property of Feel Good Laser & Skin Clinic at any point in time. Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Feel Good Laser & Skin. The gift card is not valid on cosmetic injections.
Laser Hair Removal Packages
When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, areas purchased in the package cannot be split over separate appointments. The 50% off Laser Hair Removal applies to a minimum purchase of 3 or more sessions.

- Laser Hair Removal- The 50% off laser hair removal special only applies to full prices for the treatment area and excluding any special pricing or prepaid pricing. It will only apply when purchased in a package of a minimum of 3 or more sessions in one transaction.
- The cellulite treatment offer Buy 2 Get 1 FREE is applicable on full priced items only and when a minimum of 2 treatments are purchased.
- 50% off skin offer is applicable on medi spa facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, skin needling and acne scar treatments only.
- Medik Buy 2 Get 3rd for half price offer is only applicable on skincare from Medik8 when a minimum of 3 products are purchased in one transaction. The half price will apply on the skincare product of the lowest value in the order.
- These offers are not available in conjunction with any other offers.
Referral Program
Bring a Friend Referal Program- We appreciate and value your business and love the awesome work you do for us by referring someone. When you refer a client to the client for any service, you get a reward from us as of a FREE Microdermabrasion Express treatment as a Thank you from our team at Feel Good. You get to also pass on the reward to your referral and they get a FREE Microdermabrasion Express as well. The referral will need to be mentioned by the client when paying for their first service as we will be able to activate the voucher for you. These treatments will be valid on your account for 3 months for you to use.
